Tablet platforms further extend the customization options by allowing the creation of fully custom touch screen interfaces for tablets or TV screens.

To enhance user experience on larger integrated systems, eKeypad intelligently learns the setup of equipment to optimize user interaction, taking into account the functionality of each item within the system. This results in intelligent sorting and display of item controls. By configuring multiple systems and utilizing the profiles feature, items can be consolidated across systems or separated into separate views as needed.

END-TO-END SECURITY

eKeypad prioritizes system and personal data security through visible and non-visible features that ensure data protection. Data is stored locally on the device in encrypted form, and all network connections use encryption protocols whenever possible. The system does not rely on cloud servers or store data externally.

ALWAYS AVAILABLE

eKeypad ensures seamless operation as devices move between networks, providing setup guides, help articles, and support services to maintain a reliable solution. A robust push notification system keeps users informed about important status changes in their equipment.
